The Disney Redesign

Since the new Disney Princess redesign, we thought we'd give you our opinion on their new looks.

SNOW WHITE

To be honest, Snow White isn't so bad. Her dress was a little dated, and adding a little sparkle without changing her too much really was for the best.

CINDERELLA

Cinderella could look worse. I really only have two problem with this redesign. One is that they kept that horrible choker. The second is that her face is completely different. She doesn't look like Cinderella anymore.

PRINCESS AURORA

This is probably my favourite of the redesigns. They added some glitter, which I like. I do however have mixed feelings about the fact that the got rid of the white shoulder things. They may not have been incredibly attractive, but they were her's. The new dress gets 4 stars though.

ARIEL

WTF!! What happened? This dress was never in the movie, and I personally liked her pink dress. Not that the new dress is ugly, it just was never even in the film, no one can recognize it!

BELLE

Belle's hair looks like it's falling out of her bun. My only other problem is that it looks like she cares to much about her appearance. Belle isn't supposed to care what she looks like, but there is no way she just threw this look together.

JASMINE

Lets just start with the strip of fabric wrapped around her legs. Jasmine was the only Disney Princess who wore pants, and now they had to hide that. I also don't like the fact that her hair is looser than it is supposed to be. The top of her outfit is cute though.

POCAHONTAS

Pocahontas does not wear fur, feathers or shoes. Her necklace is blue (did Disney even try with her), and why are her ears pierced? She looks like she has forty stylists, not like she lives in the woods and has great respect for nature. Someone please explain to me who designed this.

MULAN

NO, just no. Mulan is a warrior princess, she would not wear this outfit willingly. Her hair is not that long, she cut it in her movie. Also her face looks like someone stretched it. Not good at all.

TIANA

I seriously have no problem with this one, sure I liked the other one more, but this one is just as good.

RAPUNZEL

In what world does this look like Rapunzel. That is not her face. Like I don't know whose face it is, but it is no hers. But her dress isn't that bad.

MERIDA

I am horribly offended that they had to turn our Merida into...This. They made her a princess, and she's not. They tried to make her look mature, but again she's not.
