Butterbeer

Now I would just like to start this post by saying that Harry Potter is not Disney (to my knowledge), but I wasn't about to begin another blog for this one post.
If you have ever read the Harry Potter books, seen the films or visited one of the theme parks, you have most likely seen, or tasted butter beer.
This drink is a very butterscotch sort of of soda/pop, and is very good. After doing some of my own testing, I have come up with what I believe to be the best Butterbeer recipe I've tried.

Butterbeer at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Florida

Ingredients
1/2 a cup of Whipping Cream
2 tbs of Powdered Sugar
24oz of cream soda (not the pink kind either clear or the brown colour)
Smuckers Butterscotch flavouring

Instructions

Mix the cream soda and the butterscotch flavouring (add how ever much you like) and mix really well. I find that adding a TSP of ginger ale really rounds out the flavour, but that's up to you. Put in fridge.

Mix Whipping Cream and powdered sugar together, whip until well mixed.

But the butterbeer in cups and add the topping...Enjoy

P.S this recipe makes 2 cups of butter beer, change measurements  as needed.
