The Scoop on Moana

Disney has recently announced plans for their next Disney Princess, a polynesian girl named Moana Waialiki. The film is not set to be released until 2018, but we can wait right?
Moana will be directed by John Musker and Ron Clements, the same directors of Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and The Princess and the Frog. This will be their first computer animated film together.
Disney has described the film as "A mythic adventure set about 2000 years ago on islands in the South Pacific".
Moana is the only daughter of a chief, coming from a long line of navigators. When her family needs her help, Moana sets of on a great adventure.
I'm personally hoping that Moana will be a great Princess, perhaps similar to Pocahontas. Someone who can handle herself, and proves herself to be great.
And there has been no word on the prince in this film ,but hopefully he will be better than even Kristoff!
All I can say is that we can't until 2018!!
