Once Upon A Time-March 30

Hey Everybody!
So I decided that since this blog is Disney for Teens, I should maybe include something outside of the animated movie realm. And here it is, the most perfect thing ever created.
Once Upon A Time (OUAT) is avery popular show on the ABC. I could say it's about fairytale characters in the real world, but it has so much more than that....

So...As Snow White gives birth to her daughter, the Evil Queen (named Regina), enacts a curse meant to take away everyone's happily ever afters.

But luckily, Prince Charming manages to get his daughter through a portal, so she escapes the curse, seconds before it takes effect.

The baby grows up as Emma Swan, she gives birth to a son, and gives him up for adoption. Her ten year old son Henry shows up on Emma's doorstep and takes her to Storybrooke, Maine.

When we arrive, we realize that Henry's adopted mother is Regina, and that the entire town is living under a spell. Snow White (now called Mary Margret Blanchard) is a school teacher, and Prince Charming (now called David Nolan) has been in a coma for 28 years.

Fast forward through a whole lot of adventures...and here we are today. Below is a guide of the characters. You can watch this show on Netflix, they are currently airing the 3rd season.

Character Guide

Behold, Snow White, AKA, Mary Margret Blanchard. This is the most kick-ass version of Snow White you've ever seen. She fights, she's uber nice, and everyone likes her (except the Queen).

This is our Prince Charming. He's not everything you think he is however. This guy is sweet, a good person, and truly the bravest man you've ever met.

Sassy crime-fighter Emma Swan clearly got the best aspects of both her parents. Her superpower is that she can tell when someone lies, and she is accepting the fairytale thing very well.

This is one of those villains that you sometimes root for. She cares about Henry, hates Emma, and is truly an incredible character. Wait until you meet her parents...OMG!

Henry Mills lives in a town where everyone thinks he's insane, but this kid knows what's up. He knows who is really who in this town, and he knows how to get things done.

Best Disney Castles

Here you go! A list of the top ten (in no particular order) palaces in the Disney realm.

Cinderella's Castle

There are no words to describe the most iconic castle in the Disney Universe. While not shown in particular detail in the film, the castle is the center point of Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Princess's Aurora's Castle

This is the castle that you can find in Walt Disneyland, and it is truly a beauty. Also a rather magical castle, it is home to 3 fairies, a sleeping princess, and a prince charming.

Ariel's Castle

The under-the-sea palace was a highlight of the opening sequence. Despite a rather well-known scandal (not going into that), this castle is very elegant and has a very natural look.

Agrabah Palace

This castle is incredible. Perhaps the coolest thing about this palace is that it holds it's own, no other castle in the Disney Realm looks like this, this is no your average palace. It is certainly worthy of Aladdin.

Elsa's Ice Palace

The scene in the movie where this masterpiece was being created is one of the best Disney scenes ever animated. This castle is one of the few that has a true meaning and storyline to it. The castle changes colour with Elsa's mood.

Mount Olympus

This one isn't really a castle, but the epic-ness is just to awesome not to include. The coolest thing about this castle is that the clouds create any shape you want (Hercules's cradle).

Maleficent's Castle

The only villain who's castle makes our list, Maleficent has a creepy, scary, yet elegant castle that somehow evolves her character. Also the castle has some terrifying dungeons, so it's the whole package.

Prince Eric's Castle

Who hasn't dreamed of living in a castle by the sea. This castle is perfect for all those wanna-be mermaids out there. Right on the beach, with towers, and a staircase right into the ocean.

Emperor's Palace

Maybe not the prettiest palace on this list, this one is probably the most epic. Home to an epic battle, a freaking awesome emperor, and the grandest staircase in history, this one makes the list for sure.

Snow White's Palace

The palace that started it all. I don't think this one even needs a description, it's just amazing.
